By using Quantcast’s advertising services or technology, you agree:
Applicable Law: to comply with applicable privacy or data protection laws, statutes or regulations as may be amended, including GDPR and the e-Privacy Directive 200258/EC (and any EU Member State laws implementing each legislation).
Tagging and Sensitive Categories: to update your Quantcast technology (e.g., tag) when we notify you of any fixes, updates or upgrades. You further agree not to place Quantcast technology in any digital content or locations (such as, web pages, ads, apps) that reveal precise geographic location, specific health / medical / sex-life information, credit card or financial data, or criminal convictions or charges. In addition, if you are an EU-established company or person or your services are directed towards EU end users, you agree not to tag any locations (including web pages, ads, apps) revealing special categories of personal data, including information concerning health, sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership. You further agree not to tag locations or content directed towards children under 16 years. In addition, you agree not to collect or track information related to a user’s interest in an ad, if such an interest could reasonably reveal special categories of personal data and/or if Quantcast reasonably determines and informs you that tracking such information could reasonably reveal special categories of personal data.
Controller-to-Controller Relationship: that, to the extent GDPR applies, you and Quantcast are each separate and independent data controllers of any “personal data” (as such term is defined under GDPR) that you and we disclose or receive in connection with the advertising services Quantcast provides to you. You and Quantcast do not and will not jointly determine the purposes or the means of processing of any personal data disclosed or received in connection with such services.
